Beneath the hero's shadeThe twilight was starting to cover the little town of Ordon, all its inhabitants were finishing their daily work as they prepared to go home and rest. The children were running back to their homes at their mothers’ call, as they let them know their dinner was ready; even the ranch’s goats started to lie down on the soft grass of their yards to call it a day; everyone had gone to their shelters…everyone, except for a young boy.Beneath the hero's shade by Goddess-Artemiss
Across the bridge connecting the region of Ordona with Faron, a 10 year old boy walked slowly; he had messy, dirty blond hair, fair skin, slightly tanned, and deep blue eyes.
His name was Link.
The boy’s gaze was deep in sadness, as just a few months before he had suffered a tragedy that marked his life forever… his parents had died, in a terrible accident.

''This was a perfect time to relax.'' Tetra thought.
She was up in the crows nest watching and listening to the Ocean, She enjoyed it very much but never told anyone. She was too afraid her crew would think of her as a weekling.
She often hid her Inner-girly side, She wasn't ALL tom-boy. though she wouldn't admit it.
Somewhere else on the Ship the crew was sleeping. Link however wasn't. he usually slept half of the day, Probably because he couldn't sleep at night.
Link tossed and turned trying to get comfortable, but unfortunately no luck.
"Agh! i don't think i could ever sleep with these annoying waves!!" He yelled out quiet enough where no one would hear. After laying there awhile he got up and slowly tip-toed past the crew.
He then saw a light coming under the door from Tetra's room. He stopped. her candle was still lit..? He hesitated on knocking though.
"Well, Well... what is Miss Tetra doing up this late.

The walk from Faron back to the gas station was completely silent. Midna was still clearly devastated, Link didn't have any idea how to comfort her, and Ashei seemed as stand-offish as ever. So, the silence remained until they got to the van, and Ashei's phone rang. "Hey Shad, what's up?"
"What's up!?" The researcher said, clearly livid. "Tha's all yew have to say to me!? Ay've been trying to call yew all day yesterday!"
"Shad we were stuck in a dark forest all day. Is it that surprising we couldn't get any reception?" Ashei asked as she put the phone on speaker.
After thinking about it, Shad realized he really didn't have a reason to be mad and calmed down. "Alright, ay guess so, fine. Did yew get the key?"
"Yeah, Link got it from something called the Great Deku Tree?" She said looking at Link for conformation that she had called the Great tree by its real name. Link nodded at her.
"The Great Deku Tree!? Yew actually met him?" Shad asked, becoming very excited.
